🔄 Returns & Exchanges – The Basics
Return Window: 7 days from delivery.
Eligibility: Unused, unwashed, in original packaging.
Accepted Reasons: Wrong item, damaged, defective, or size/quality issues.
🔁 Exchange Policy
Style not working out? Prefer another funky pair? We’ll exchange it if it’s unused and sellable. Processed in 5–7 days after we receive it.
💰 Refunds
Prepaid orders: Refund to original method.
COD: Store credit.
Refunds within 7–10 working days post-inspection.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
