🔄 Returns & Exchanges – The Basics

  • Return Window: 7 days from delivery.

  • Eligibility: Unused, unwashed, in original packaging.

  • Accepted Reasons: Wrong item, damaged, defective, or size/quality issues.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Style not working out? Prefer another funky pair? We’ll exchange it if it’s unused and sellable. Processed in 5–7 days after we receive it.

💰 Refunds

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original method.

  • COD: Store credit.

  • Refunds within 7–10 working days post-inspection.

  • Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Pickup / Shipping

We'll arrange pickup in most areas. If not, ship it yourself and we’ll reimburse up to ₹50 with valid proof.
